Upload a Client Image
- From the Client Information form, you can upload a picture that will be attached to the client’s record. *Note* You can only have one picture saved per client.
- It is important to note that in order to upload a picture you must have already taken the photo of the client and have the file saved and available on your computer.
- At the time of writing, only JPEG/JPG and PNG files are allowed to be uploaded. The maximum acceptable size for images is 2MB.
- While in the client information form, select a client from the top drop down menu and navigate to the “Upload Picture” button located near the top left hand side of the form.
- After clicking the “Upload Image” button, a pop up box will appear.
*NOTE* Some browsers may block the pop up box from appearing. This should prompt a notification in the browser where you will be able to allow pop ups from the site for the future. After allowing pop ups, click the “Upload Picture” button again and continue.
- Navigate to where the image is saved on your computer and select it. Once the file name appears in the window, click “Upload Selected Image”.
- After receiving the “Successful” notice, you can close the window and click the “Refresh” icon at the bottom of the image to refresh and view the image.
- You can click the magnifying glass icon to view a larger version of the image as well.
Common Issues:
- "Image Not Available" -- This error occurs when there is an image on file for the client but it cannot be loaded.
- Make sure you selected the correct file and try re-uploading the image again.
- If issues with uploading images persist, use the button below to create a support ticket.
