- In the FlexAMS System, you can view all the clients that have been accessed and all activity in general by staff member. You can also view the staff member’s last login date and most recent activity date and time for auditing purposes.
- Navigate to the “Review Staff Activity (Audit)” page. You can select a specific staff member or client to view using the Drop Down lists on the top of the page. You can also select a starting date and time as well as an end date and time to filter the results. After selecting the appropriate Staff member and/or client, hit the “Search” button to refresh the results.
- If you have a client selected, you will notice it will show the “Last Activity Date” below the Drop Down list, but not the last login date. This is because clients cannot login to the system, but it will show the last time they have been accessed by a Staff member in the system.
- The “Clients Accessed” option displays when the client has been optioned and by whom. “All Activity” shows all the audited actions for the selected Staff member. You must have a Staff member selected for this option to affect the results.
*NOTE* It is recommended that you specify small start and end dates as wider ranges can return very large amounts of data that may cause the form to timeout.
