- During the on-boarding of your FlexAMS System, we will walk you through the setup of these forms. However, should you need to modify or add any information, this will highlight some of the important parts of the form.
- In the Corporate Information tab of the Main Menu, Organization Information is where you will find the configured information about your organization.
- Under Facility Information you will be able to view information about the facilities (sites) configured under the organization. You can also add a new facility if needed by clicking “New” at the top of the page.
- When creating a new facility, choose the appropriate Business Segment and Start Date. The Facility Name textbox is important as it will be what appears on headers and footers of reports. All boxes outlined in red must be filled in before being able to save.
- If you are going to use electronic billing, the Billing Information section of the form will need to be filled out with the NPI Number, Taxonomy Code, and Billing Contact.
